Rental of solvent distillers
The purchase of a new device for the company's use is not as easy and obvious as it may seem. Will the new equipment be used for sure? Is the price of the distiller too high? Do you really need a machine? Such questions are understandable. New, specialized equipment is often very expensive, and not always as useful as we initially thought. Therefore - before the planned purchase - it is worth testing it.
In such a situation, the best idea is to rent solvent distiller. Renting a machine will not only calculate the potential savings for your company, but also reduce the risk of investment. There are many advantages to renting a solvent distiller. Thanks to the device, you will significantly reduce production costs and reduce the amount of waste left for disposal.

There are various models of distillers on the market, so everyone will find a device that is right for them. The most popular are: Distillers with a fixed ALPHA tank with a capacity of 15 / 200l, or distillers with a removable tank 30 / 150l. An additional element can be attached to distillers, such as a vacuum device, which allows you to treat solvents with high boiling point.
Solvent distillation and recycling
Utilization, recycling of waste and solvents
Recycling of waste such as solvents is important, first of all, in order to protect the environment, which is becoming more and more polluted. Moreover, hazardous waste management is regulated by Polish and European law, especially when it comes to industry.
Not only is the storage problematic, but also the disposal of solvents. These methods are not only non-ecological, but also expensive. Therefore, it is worth considering purchasing or renting a special distiller. Recovering the solvent that has been used once is a simple and cost-effective method for using the same product multiple times. It is also a conscious action to improve the deteriorating global situation due to environmental pollution and - what is equally important - a significant saving of money.
During the distillation process, the device transforms used, contaminated solvents into a clean, full-value product of high quality and reusable. Dirty solvent is cleaned on a regular basis, so you can use it many times. Thanks to the device, you will not only reduce the waste warehouse and increase the stock of clean, usable product. The distiller can be bought or rented for production purposes. The second option is less risky and allows you to thoroughly test the device without worrying about its operation or reimbursement of purchase costs
Waste solvents - what to do with them?
The management of hazardous waste such as solvents is additionally regulated by law. The release of chemical residues into the environment can pose a great threat to the environment and ecosystems. Waste solvents are so-called hazardous waste. This means that they are particularly dangerous and harmful to human and animal health and the environment. So what should you do if you want to get rid of harmful post-production waste?
Of course, one of the possibilities is the disposal or storage of waste in special conditions. However, these are not ecological methods and - unfortunately - equally not very economical. Distillation is a great solution that will not only support the environment, but also save you twice as much. Distillers specially designed for this purpose, effectively purify the previously used product.
Recycling of solvents effectively reduces not only the current costs associated with the disposal of the old and the purchase of a new product. Thanks to it, it will also be possible to reduce the fee for Environmental Protection or remission / liquidation of penalties for exceeding the waste limit.
Why is it not allowed to pour out, throw away solvents with other wastes?
Pursuant to Art. 3 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, waste management is:
[...] collection, transport, processing of waste, including the supervision of such activities, as well as the subsequent handling of waste disposal sites and activities performed as a waste seller or waste broker.
This means that solvents - which are considered hazardous waste - can only be disposed of and stored in a manner consistent with legal regulations. So there is no way to throw away the solvent after use or, worse, to throw out the solvent. This is because it is very dangerous for the environment and - as not everyone knows - is subject to a fine, and in extreme cases it may even be punishable by imprisonment.
Effective disposal of this type of product must take place only in specially adapted plants, under appropriate control. Toxic waste, which is not recycled or properly landfilled or disposed of, drastically damages the environment and significantly increases the level of its pollution. Contrary to appearances, the pouring out or disposal of the solvent is a serious interference with the ecosystem - unfortunately, in each case it works to its disadvantage.
